Design Thinking

Designing digital experiences at the intersection of Satisfied users and business objectives

The above storyboard was created to illustrate what I enjoy about UX design—A.K.A. my happy path.

As A UX Designer…

I find it rewarding to collaborate with others in solving problems, and in creating likable and memorable experiences. With a stubbornly optimistic outlook on the future, I believe there is great potential for continuously improving interactions and connections, not only between people, but also in the tools needed to get things done.

Having a background in graphic design for branding, marketing and communications projects, I have always designed to engage viewers, help them find what they are looking for, and facilitate meaningful connections between brands and their audiences. With a history of this type of customer/viewer-centric design thinking, the update in my skillset to include UX design practices has been a natural fit.

When there's spare time, here's what I like to do

I've been playing piano and various other keyboards since I was 6 years old—and especially love playing in live settings. I also enjoy strumming chords on my acoustic guitar. These are great creative outlets which are free of deadlines and other pressures.

When it comes to fitness and just having fun, board sports have always been my thing. Whether it's skateboarding, skiing, snowboarding, surfing, wake-boarding—there's just nothing like the feeling of floating on a board and carving out your own groove.
